Europe: 2-3 work days.

North and South America: 2-3 work  days.

Africa: 2-3 work days.

Asia: 2-3 work  days.

Australia and New-Zealand: 3-4 work  days.

Should you need an express shipping, please leave a comment in the comment box during check-out. We will do our best to process your order in priority.

TRACKING

Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation e-mail, which will include courier service along with tracking number. 

REFUNDS

 

We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return.

 

Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

 

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
